We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated independent contractor to join our team as a Care
Partnership & Development Manager. This role will focus on building new care partnerships,
maintaining and expanding existing relationships, driving business development initiatives, and assisting
in therapist recruitment to meet demand. If you have experience in relationship management, business

About MIYA Creative Care:
MIYA Creative Care is a leading provider of creative arts therapies, specializing in supporting aging
adults, individuals with dementia, and other vulnerable populations throughout Ontario. Our team is
passionate about empowering and enriching lives through music, art, and dance/movement therapy, and
we are seeking a dedicated professional to help us grow and strengthen our efforts.
Candidate Requirements:
● Must be a self-starter!
● Proven experience in business development, client relations, and/or partnership management.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
● Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
● A passion for healthcare, therapy services, and making a positive impact.
● Understanding and/or experience with music therapy and creative arts therapies is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Care Partnerships: Identify and establish new care partnerships with healthcare
organizations, long-term care homes, mental health centres, hospices, and other relevant
partnerships.
Maintain Current Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture existing relationships with current care
partners and clients to ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration.
Business Development: Contribute to the growth of MIYA Creative Care by identifying new
opportunities, expanding services, and exploring potential markets.
Recruitment Support: Assist in recruiting qualified therapists to meet demand, ensuring our
team is equipped to provide exceptional services.
Reporting & Strategy: Regularly report on progress and suggest new strategies to improve the
overall partnership and recruitment process.

Contract Basis: 10-15 hours per week with opportunities for growth
