Creative Minds Music Therapy is seeking more team members for the Durham Region. CMMT has been serving the Durham Region since 2013, in various populations and facilities. We are looking to expand our team!

Details

• Part-time contract, choice of various opportunities in the community
• Must be an independent practicing music therapist (own instruments/vehicle/liability insurance)
• Able to expand in various areas of Ontario if interested
• Hourly rate negotiated, based on experience, education, and credentials
• Scheduling to be negotiated based on therapist/facility/client availability

Requirements

– Bachelor or Masters Music Therapy Degree

– MTA/ MT-BC, or MTA/ MT-BC pending

– CAMT Member in Good Standing

– Proficiency in guitar/piano and voice

– Expectation of adherence to the ethical standards outlined by the CAMT code of ethics, professional practice standards, and ongoing learning.

– Looking for therapists of high confidence, enthusiasm, and both team players and strongly independent.

– The sub-contractor will facilitate sessions, have ongoing scheduling communications with clients and maintain full contract commitments.
