Bright Futures Health is a pediatric-focused clinic providing play-based, multidisciplinary care to children and families. We are currently seeking a Certified Music Therapist (MTA) who is also a Registered Social Worker (MSW/RSW) or Psychotherapist (or eligible for registration in Ontario) to join our team.

This position offers a mix of individual sessions and small group programs, with flexibility in scheduling and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide music therapy services to children and families in 1:1 and small group formats
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate, evidence-informed interventions
  • Support goals related to emotional regulation, communication, and social connection
  • Collaborate with caregivers and team members to support individualized care plans
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards

Qualifications

  • Certified Music Therapist (MTA) (required)
  • MSW/RSW or Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with a recognized Ontario regulatory body
  • Experience working with children and families, or strong interest in pediatric care
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
