Music Therapy in LTC

The position is for 14 hours a week in a long term care facility in the Hamilton area. Candidate would be responsible for conducting in-person individual and group music therapy sessions, keeping up to date progress notes and care plans (on Point Click Care), and communicating with facility staff. Candidate should demonstrate ability to work with residents with varying diagnoses, multidisciplinary staff as well as proficiency on guitar or keyboard and voice. Facilities supply percussion and various instruments to use on-site.
